Still Alice actress Julianne Moore has been announced as an ambassador for Key To The Cure campaign, in partnership with Saks Fifth Avenue and Entertainment Industry Foundation's Stand Up To Cancer.

The initiative has also enlisted Jason Wu to design this year's limited edition t-shirt benefiting the charity.
